I've been selling technology (Software, Services, Outsourcing) for almost 15yrs and have never seen such a piss poor job market. But the real bitch is these so called "Employment Search Boards". Typical ones like Monster.com, Career Builder etc have nothing but pain in the butt Recruiter / headhunter postings. But now I'm finding that these headhunters are posting under alias's like XYZ Software. When they contact you and you ask your qualifying questions (how did you find my contact information......) they come back and tell you that they "recieved my information via a posting on Careerbuilder (XYZ Software). Then I ask them about this XYZ Software Company they act like don't know what I'm talking about.
Even Craigslist is becoming a Headhunter haven. WTF!
Sick and tired of dealing with these rediculous Search Board Engines that do nothing but misrepresent the opportunity.
Is the job market that bad.
