I was scammed by what I thought was a legitamate secret shopping company, Apex Evaluation and marketing services, out of Canada. oh yeah, you go to the bank and cash the check, no questions asked. I followed the letter exactly, spend 200.00 at walmart, 200 dollars at old navy, keep 440.00 for " Training pay + expenses" and send 2,950. to Don Smithson of canada, I felt something was wrong when my neighbor said it sounds like a scam and I called the bank, Bank of America where I was completely dismissed with there is nothing I can do about it, I asked if I could pay it back $100.00 a week until it was paid back, Brandi ( the asst. bank manager)told me no that she will not accept 100. a week and that if I came into the bank again she would have me removed. what do I do with that? I need help and some answers. Anyone with information on how to be put on the class action suit please email me from the link below

willscammed, I removed your email address from your post . . . it is not safe to post contact information like that. If people want to contact you they can do so by using the PM or email links provided at the bottom of your post.

I wish I could offer you some advice on the class action . . . victims from this site have thought of that idea before, but it has never worked out.

I would recommend speaking with a lawyer, or contacting the legal department of http://fraud-aid.com/
