Post subject:  Any good survey websites out there

Hi I'm a new high school teacher and just starting out having a family, I retired from arena football to get married and trying the "real" world job market and although teaching is great money there is all this down team after school and during the summer. Does anyone know of any online companies that are legit where I could make an extra 100-200 bucks a day, not looking for huge return here just alittle extra if I put in extra. Or anything like date entry or filling out survey's. Let me know I would greatly appreciate your time. Just private message me. Thank you so much and have a great day

You would have better luck just getting a part time job at a local retail story than you would looking for a legit work at home job on the internet.

Remember this rule . . . if you have to pay in order to "sign up", "join", "become a member" or "get your start up kit" then walk away from it.

see I had found two sights that were free to sign up but I was still worried I do want to fight something out there that actually works

I tried one of those, years ago, also.

It was free to sign up, so I thought "What do I have to lose". I could not believe how much time I ended up investing into it, with so little in return. When I did the math, I was only making a couple of bucks an hour for the time I was working on it. (I was a stay at home mom back when I was trying to find something to make a few extra bucks)

I ended up getting a part-time retail job to pick up some extra money.

So out of everything on the web, there isn't any jobs that you can actually work from home and make some money? I Just can't believe that.

you can make money . . . but we are talking about pennies per hour when you calculate the massive amount of hours you have to put in to start generating some real income

I would say that you can realistically make 100 to 200 dollars per month with surveys (not 100 to 200 dollars per day)
But you can make website, blog or do freelancing, you may be able to make good money if successful

I could agree with that . . . but if you put in 40 hours a week for a month and then make only $100 - $200 per MONTH you are looking at making less than a dollar a day!

Surveys are cool as a hobby. Some of them are actually fun and/or entertaining. Taking surveys online isn't something you should try to make a career of, but if you're on your computer anyway why not make a few extra dollars here and there?

Sure it's not a full-time income, but it's more than money than you would have if you didn't take them.

I love surveys and have been taking them for almost four years. You will never make a living but most people who are actively involved make 2-5 hundred a month and it really does just take a few hours of time.

An example: Last month I was in two studies in the same week.. one paid $50 and took 1/2 an hour. The second took 30 mins a day over 2 days and paid $75.

The problem comes from all those websites that say you are going to make hundreds of dollars an hour.. the reality is that you might spend an hour a day and one day you won't make anything, the next day you might make $50 and over the next week you might make $2..

The only way you will be happy with taking surveys is if you are in it for fun and a little bit of extra money.
