Let me introduce our company.

We value every our employee and try to make your working with us as much comfortable as possible. Our company was founded in 1993 by Ralph Westman and was named after the founder "WEST, Inc.".



The head office of our company is situated in Warsaw, Poland. We have also subsidiaries all over the European region.



The main objective of our business is providing our European customers with goods from Japan, Korea and other Asian countries. We work in the industry over 10 years already and our market research revealed that Asian goods imported from the United States have a steady demand for and is sold better than the same from other countries like Turkey, Israel, etc.

We are always trying to meet our client's demands the best way. So now we are expanding our American subsidiary and in present time we have 30 vacant positions. You have a real chance to become one of our employees in Pacific region.



The working process is not complicated and not requires special education or working experience. Any person reached the age of 21 can carry out this work. This work gives the best fit for housewives, temporary unemployed, students and all people who spend a lot of time at home.

The work itself consists in getting the goods from our American partners and sending them to one of our delivery centers in Europe.







The following is the detailed instruction of the tasks you are to perform



1. Receiving packages.



As we were saying earlier you will be getting goods from our partners. The goods is mostly represented by digital electronics – digital cameras, notebooks, computer accessories and different special orders (can be rare music CD's, software, etc.)

You will be notified about coming packages beforehand so that you could be at home and not missed the parcel. If you by any reason weren't able to receive a package note that delivery service will be coming at your place 2 more days. If they fail to contact you the parcel will be redirected back the delivery service warehouse. In that case we will provide you the tracking number so that you could get the parcel by yourself.





2. Receipt Report.



You got the parcel. What next?

Next you should send us a report, confirming that you have received the package. All your reports you are to send the manager you work with via e-mail or fax. It is very important that you send a report as soon as possible after receiving the package. It is also desirable that you send us a copy of shopping bill. You can do that either via e-mail or fax.

Note: always write, "receipt report" in the subject field when sending a receipt report.





The receipt report should look like this:



1. Store name (Store web-site)

2. Sender's name

3. The name of received goods

4. Quantity of received goods

5. Tracking number (indicated on the bill and on the package itself)

6. Visible damage of goods if any



Here is an example of a receipt report:



1. Amazon

2. John Smith

3. Nikon Cool pix 5700

4. 2 items

5. UPS (1Z123456789W0)

6. None





3. Shipping goods



After you send a receipt report we will provide you the address of one of our delivery center.

(Note: it is very important that you ship goods the day you've received it or the day after. Otherwise the rate of your salary for those exact goods will be decreased. There can be some exceptions as holidays, weekends or family reasons. So if you delayed shipping always give the reason.)



After you've got the shipping address you should go to the nearest post office (USPS) and send the goods using the Global Express Mail delivery method.

(Note: 1. You should NOT insure the parcel

2. Keep the postage bill – it is the documentary confirmation. Your money compensation will be based on it)





4. Shipping report



As soon as you shipped the goods you should send us the copy of a postage bill and the copy of an invoice. You should also send us a shipping report with contains the following information about the parcel:

1. The name of shipped goods with serial numbers if possible.

2. Quantity of shipped goods.

3. Tracking number of shipped parcel.

4. Your shipping costs (cost of shipping + package expenses)



Here is an example of a shipping report:



1. Nikon Coolpix 5700; 2 items (Serials: 123456; 123457)

2. Canon Powershot G5; 1 item (Serial: n/a)

3. UPS (1Z123456789W0)

4. $56.60 ($52 + $4.60)





5. Payment and compensation.



Your salary will be the doubled sum of shipping price + compensated package costs (box, tape)

Ex.: You've paid $52 for shipping and $4.60 for the box. In that case your salary will be $52x2 + $4.60 = $108.60



We transfer the salaries each Saturday using the Western Union service.







FAQ (we advise you to read this section carefully, you will probably find answers to the questions you have)





1. Question: Will the goods coming be addressed to me?

Answer: The goods will be coming to your place but the mane of addressee will be initials of our employee in the United States. The detailed instructions are given in the beginning of the document.



2. Question: Are there any award fees plus to my salary? Am I to sign any contracts with your company?

Answer: At the end of your second month working with us you will get your personal contract. As an award fee you will get a special discount card, which allows to have a discount up to 30% in most of US online shops. We have contracts with such companies as Wal-Mart, Amazon.com, Dell-Computers, etc. (the full index of shops is available upon request). We also have a reward system. We estimate every our employee's work every month and set bonuses for conscientious timely performed work.



3. Question: What is my default salary? Is there a possibility of increasing the salary?

Answer: The salary and compensation system is described in details in conditions and terms, point 5. The increase in salary is possible and is determined individually.



4. Question: How many packages will come to my address a week?

Answer: The first week you will receive 2-3 packages. It will be your evaluation period. If you do everything right the amount of packages will rise up to 20.

Even in rough calculation your salary in that case will be $60x20=$1200 (a week).



5. Question: I do not know where the nearest USPS office is situated. But the FedEx office is near my place. Can I use a service other than USPS?

Answer: Unfortunately no. We have been working with USPS since the foundation of our company and have long-term agreements with them exclusively.

If you don't know the location of the nearest USPS office you can easily find it at the official web site: http://www.usps.com



6. Question: I am at the post office. I do not know what exact way am I to ship a parcel. Should I insure it?

Answer: You should ship a parcel using Global Express Mail only. This way is the cheapest and fast. You should NOT insure the package.



7. Question: I've shipped a parcel. When do I get the money? What way do I get the money?

Answer: After you've shipped a parcel you should send us a scanned postage bill and a scanned invoice. You will get your salary every week (Saturday usually) according to the documentary you've sent. We transfer salaries using the Western Union service. It is the fastest and the easiest way. We are sure that it will be convenient to you.



8. Question: I decided to work in your company. What should I do to begin?

Answer: We are very glad you decided to join our company we can guarantee you will not regret your decision. So you should:

1. Fulfill a Personal Information form.

2. Send us a copy of your driver license or any other ID.



The Personal Information form is sent upon your request (in case you agree to work with us).



9. Question: Why do you need my ID?

Answer: We need to ensure that you are over 21 years old and for the security reasons. We are very earnest with questions of privacy. We guarantee non-disclosure of your personal information.



10. Question: I have no scanner. Can I use fax to send you scanned documents?

Answer: Yes. Our fax is 1-888-296-1846



11. Question: I've sent you my ID and the applicant form. When the first package is coming?

Answer: You will start getting packages as soon as we check your information and register you officially. Usually it takes a week. We will keep you informed about the parcels coming to your place.

I too got this email and foolishly replied. The next thing I know I recieved a digital camera (from Sears) valued at 1,300.00 and was to mail it to Russia (which I did) it cost 63.00 to mail it,,,In the meantime I havent heard a word from the company (West Inc.) after sending the reciepts and other documentation to get paid for mailing. I should have keeped the camera if I would have known this was the way it would work out. When I pushed for infornatiopn on the ligitimate bases of the company and why they needed others to perform the services...here is Joe Ritters Reply:

Has anyone got information about this Company, or experince with them. It seems odd that they would send a very expensive camera in the first place. The billing for the camera was from Someones Sears Gold Card with the name Daniel Perez as the purchaser

They're using stolen credit cards to buy merchandise from online retailers and then having the items shipped to another address (yours!) and that's where the US paper trail ends. In turn, you send the package to someone in Russia (or anywhere else) and it leaves them free and clear. To put it plainly, you're receiving and transporting stolen goods.
