I posted this also under work at home but decided this might be the better place.........Forgive me if this topic has already been posted but I'm freaking out at the moment. I've read so much online about scams regarding having to pay to become a mystery shopper so that was what I was cautious about when I started looking into it. After applying to various mystery shopping websites and survey sites that do not require a fee, I realized how much personal information I had given them. I am literally not sleeping over this! I have this bad gut feeling that my information may be in the wrong hands. Maybe I was scammed in a much greater way (identity theft). Has anyone heard of this happening? I found most of my sites that I applied to off of volition.com which "they" say are reputable? Is this true? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
