It doesn't look good.
The Verisign security is faked, and the login is insecure.

"Tim Trumble" had a 2004 Toyota Prius on Yahoo Autos for 12,000 - about 10,000 cheaper than normal. He wanted me to use buy-vehicle.com for the escrow service. Thank you for this website, it confirmed my suspicions.

Always know who the reputable escrow services are and NEVER ever go with someone that another individual insists you use. If you are making a purchase you should have choice of who holds your money and who doesnt.
