bank,State Attorney General I emailed, I phone, and all I got was the run around.

I have a very strong case and I was in a situation to nab a scammer in the UK apparently the Government agency could care less about my situation and the evidence I hold.

Ok we as consumers can do all we can to prevent being scammed but with all the new scams coming out everyday scammers will keep preying on the innocent.

When or if the Government agencies start doing something about it and acting more quickly on these scammers than maybe we will see a reduction in the scams.

We as victims and consumers need to demand more government action. [/b]

I agree, and that was part of the idea behind the letter writing campaign we were putting together. But then Katrina hit, and the media and the goverment have much bigger issues to deal with right now.

We will wait a while, and then we will plan how to bring attention to and action against these scams.

Asking our government to cooperate jointly with another country's law enforcement is asking a bit much, it is very expensive to do international investigations and unless a huge amount of money is lost it is just not going to happen.

Unfortunately the victims wind up holding the bag in the end. Wrong or right doesnt matter that is what happens and it is sad to say the least.
