Often begins in a chat room, and the scammer will establish a relationship with the victim, but then something will happen and they will request money be sent to them (for medical or moving expenses, or to travel to visit the other person)

These are the letters or emails that claim to be from someone within a government agency that wants to assit you in recovering money you have lost in a scam. They are called Victims Compensation Fund Scams or Re-Victimization Scams.
